Drop Spindle!

I got my new drop spindle in the mail the other day. I've been practicing but still haven't quite gotten the knack of it. I'll probably do some pics after work today. If I remember.

 

Anyone else work with a drop spindle?

Yes I drop spindle! Although I am some what new to it myself - all of the old ladies that have helped me say I have a knack for it, lol. I think the most important thing about drop spindles is to find the correct spindle weight for how you spin.
